Five Question Friday!

I had this written up Thursday night… but I never posted it.  So… here’s 5QF on Sunday night…  :-/    

1. Who is the better cook, you or your spouse?

Well… Mr. Right doesn’t cook very often.  I do most of the cooking…. or I did before I had a “real” job.  So, I guess I am the better cook?  We’ll just go with that.  :-)

2. How often do you talk to your mom?

Sometimes I will talk to her every day for a while…. and sometimes we skip days…  But I talk to her every week for sure. 

3. Are you adventurous in the kitchen or stick to the recipe?

I like to stick to a recipe… like exactly the way it says.  I will very rarely alter a recipe or add something to it. 

4. Is your second toe longer than your big toe?

Well, on my right foot, it looks just a itsy bitsy bit longer than my big toe.  But the left foot looks about the same length.  I guess it just depends on the angle you are looking at it….?????

5. Do you dress up for Halloween? (Bonus question: What will you be this year?)

I love love LOVE Halloween.  I love to dress up… but I’m not going to this year.  Unless you count me dressing up at a vampire (aka phlebotomist)…  ;-)  Halloween falls on my work week, so I’m not going to be dressing up this year.  And just for the fun of it… I will show you pictures of the last two Halloween’s that I dressed up for. 

Halloween 2006-  I was Sgt. Sexy…  HAHAHA!  Seriously, that is what the costume said.  But I was by NO means sexy.

Five Question Friday

Five Question Friday… it’s been a while.  I miss doing these.  So here ya go!  Enjoy!

1. Do you feel guilty spending money on yourself?

Absolutely!!  First of all, I love to spend money, but I hate to spend money.  Make sense?  I thought so…  Anyway.  But really, I do feel guilty if I buy myself anything.  That’s why I don’t have anything.  Haha!  That’s why I wear tshirts with holes in them… and I only have one pair of blue jeans that actually fit me… and I’ve been wearing the same tennis shoes for 3 or more years… and I wear the same black pants to church all the time and I rotate out 3 different shirts (that I bought on sale)…  I seriously need some clothes people.  But I just feel bad when I buy myself stuff.  Sweet Pea, on the other hand, I have no problem buying her stuff.  Haha!  She has plenty!!

2. How well do you know your neighbors?

Well, they are family, so I know them pretty well.  Maw Maw and Paw Paw live on one side of us and then Henry (Maw Maw’s brother) and Mary live on the other side of us. 

3. What age are you looking forward to being?

I’m not looking forward to being any age.  I am so over it.  I stopped getting excited about turning a certain age after 21.  I am totally dreading 30, which is creeping up on me…  Ugh…  Who’s idea was it to have an age question this week????  Thanks for making me depressed.

4. Do you get excited when the mail comes? Why?

Kind of.  Well… when I’m expecting a package or something fun.  I do not get excited about bills.  Ugh…. 

5. What is your earliest childhood memory?

I’m just going to skip this one all together because I have the worst memory when it comes to my childhood.  I just remember bits and pieces of certain things, so I’m not even going to try on this one.  Sorry…

Ok… so I have tried several times now to load a vlog (video blog) and it just won’t do it!!!  AHHHH!!!

I do mine through blogger because I don’t want my videos on youtube because…. unless someone can tell me how to make all my videos private on there????  Anyone??? 

Anyway…  blogger is being a pain in my butt!

So, here is the five questions….. the usual way…  :-(

1. Take your pick...date night, girls night out, or night out alone?

ANY of these would be just glorious right about now!!  Haha!  I haven’t had any of these in a very long time.  So, I would love ANY one of them!!! 

Date night would be great because every couple with children needs to have a date night every now and then just to keep the romance alive!  And it doesn’t hurt to have a night out without having to say “Stop!” or “No!” or “Don’t put that in your mouth!”  Haha!  But yeah, I would love to just have a night with Mr. Right and have dinner and a movie or just whatever!

Girls night would be awesome too!  Before I got pregnant, I was always with my girl friends.  I was rarely at home because if I wasn’t working, I was hanging out with my girls.  And I miss that.  Don’t get me wrong though, I love my life the way it is with my family, but I would like to have a girl’s night every now and then.

And a night out alone sounds ok… but I know I would be sooo bored!!!  I like some alone time, but I get that at night when Sweet Pea goes to sleep and Mr. Right is at work.  So… I would choose the other two over this one.  :-)

2. Can you touch your nose with your tongue?

Nope.  I cannot.  I would have shown you on my vlog, but it wouldn’t load.  Anyway.  Mr. Right can, however.  Maybe I can get a video of him doing that.  It kind of freaks me out.  Haha!

3. What is your favorite flower and why?

Oh… I have lots of favorite flowers!!!  Why??  Because they are beautiful!!!

4. If you could go back in time, what advice would you give yourself?

To THINK BEFORE YOU ACT!!!  I have done so many things without thinking them through…  And I have learned lots of lessons…  I definately try to think things through now before I make any decisions or act on anything.

5. If you won the lottery, what is the very first thing you would do?

Well, first of all…  I don’t play the lottery or gamble.  But… if I did.  And I happened to win.  I would pay off all of our debt!  That would be the first thing I would do.  Wipe the slate clean and keep it clean!!!! 

Then I would pay cash for a house.  :-)

5QF! (on Saturday…)

I was going to do my Five Question Friday vlog style this week, but it just didn’t work out.  It takes forEVER for my videos to upload (that explains why all my videos of Sweet Pea are a minute or less…) and we all know that I have ZERO patience!!!  So…  here is 5QF…the same ole way….

1. If you could, would you go back to high school?

Yes and no.

No because I would have to go back in time to go back to high school.  And that would mean me being without my family…. and we know I couldn’t live without my 2 loves!

And yes because I miss doing the extracurricular activities like softball and cheerleading.  I enjoyed all of that and wouldn’t mind doing it again.  And the other yes reason is because I would like to go back and actually apply myself to my school work!  I goofed off and didn’t learn as much as I should have.  That’s one of the main reasons I have put off college for so long…. I feel like I’m not smart enough for college.  But anyway….

2. If a genie appeared and granted you two wishes, what would they be? (And, no saying "more wishes".)

First of all, I would wish for ALL of our debt to be paid off!  That would make me feel better. 

And since I couldn’t think of another wish, I read some of the other 5QF’s to get some ideas for the second wish…  I decided to go with health and happiness for me and my family!  Call me a copy cat…. I don’t mind.  ;-)

3. What kids show do you secretly like?

I am not a cartoon person…  That would be my husband…  He loves them.  Anyway.  I don’t really care for any of the kid shows…  Although, I love theme songs.  I like Chuggington’s theme song.  And I guess the show is cute.  And Miss Spider’s Sunny Patch Friends has a cute song too and the show is cute…. but I don’t like bugs and spiders…. 

4. What is your beverage of choice?

Well, I’m southern so I have to say Sweet Tea is one of my favorite drinks.  And Diet Dr. Pepper.  I will drink other stuff that isn’t diet, but I prefer diet.

5. What is something that you would change about yourself (or are working to change in yourself)?

Ok… I’m not going to go into the whole physical stuff because we would be here all day.  Haha!  And I’ve blogged about it before…. So….

Non physical… I would change the fact that I am such a negative person.  And I am working on it!  It’s a slow process, but I’m getting there…  ;-)

And I would love to be more spiritual.  I would love to have a better relationship with God.  I would like to say that it is something I’m working on, but I would be lying.  So, let’s just say, that I plan on working on it very soon.  And I want to learn more about the Bible.

Five Question Friday!

Yay! It’s Friday! Y’all know how I love some Q&A’s! And I try to never miss Mama M’s Five Question Friday! So, if you are like me and love to answer random questions, click the little box above or her name and get in on the fun! Hope y’all have a great weekend!

1. What was the first car you owned?

Papaw (mom’s dad) helped me buy a Ford Focus when I was 18. I made payments on it and all. But I passed it over to my mom when we moved to Baltimore, and she took over the payments…so it wasn’t mine then…

MY very first vehicle that I actually had MY credit ran for and all that good stuff was MY Dodge Neon. I still have it. And hopefully it will be paid for in less than a year!!! Mr. Right drives it mostly now. It is better on gas mileage and I drive the Trail Blazer because it is our “family car”.

2. What song are you embarrassed to know the lyrics to?

Anything Kesha… I’m not a fan of her… But her songs have a catchy tune and I find myself singing to them when they are on the radio. I get mad when I catch myself singing her songs and I change the radio station then. Haha!

3. Have you ever had stitches?

Several times… Let me see if I can remember all of them:

• Most recent was when I gave birth to Sweet Pea last year. I tore a little and had to have a couple of stitches.
• When I was 23 (I think) I had my appendix removed. Big, huge, lovely scar left from that…
• When I was about 7 or 8, I was helping my family cut the ends off of the corn ears (is that what they are called?) and they all went to the kitchen (at Papaw’s store) to talk about something that the kids couldn’t listen in on… Grown up stuff… And they told me to not touch the knife until they came back. But I didn’t listen… I got the knife and kept on doing what I was doing and almost cut my left index finger off. I cut it all the way to the bone. I have a nice scar from that too…
• Then when I was 3, I stepped on a bag of trash that had glass in it. A huge piece of glass went all the way through my foot. All. the. way. through. And I pulled it out!!! Ewww! Crazy that I remember all of this and I was only 3 years old! Of course, I had to talk to my Mom to make sure I wasn’t just making stuff up, but she confirmed it. I do NOT have a scar from this. I was kind of sad about that…. Haha.

And I think that is all of my stitches…that I can remember. I probably should have had stitches last May when I almost sliced off the tip of my middle finger while washing glass centerpiece bowls for Heather’s wedding. I declined on the trip to the ER… Stubborn…yes. The tip of my finger still feels a little funny, but oh well. :-)

4. What was your first job?

I worked at Papaw’s (again…mom’s dad) convenience store when I was a teenager. I was a cashier. I pretty much did anything and everything except keep the books. But my first REAL job, not ran by family, was Motherhood Maternity in Baltimore. I was a sales associate. I sold clothes, folded clothes, listened to hormonal pregnant women complain about being fat all day, told hormonal pregnant women “You’re not fat, your pregnant!!!” all day, cleaned windows, vacuumed, put up clothes, end of day closing, etc….. I feel like I am filling out an application… Ha! But I really enjoyed working there. Good manager, good coworkers, good atmosphere! I enjoyed it so much that when I moved back to Baltimore after my first divorce, I went back to work there.

5. Who is your favorite Sesame Street character?

I guess Big Bird??? I remember watching it some…but not much. And I don’t remember really having a favorite character…

1. What words do you use on your blog/online that you don't use in real life?

Let's see...  I guess I don't REALLY say HAHA when I laugh, but it looks better to me than typing LOL.  Also, I don't actually call Mr. Right by that....even though he IS my Mr. Right.  I guess that is all.  I pretty much type as I would talk.  

2. Do you still write checks?

Yes, for the water bill, power bill, and doctor bills.  Everything else is drafted out or paid online.  

3. Who was your favorite President and why?

I am not a political person, so I don't have a favorite.  But I do know that Obama is NOT it!

4. Are you a yeller?

I used to be.  I've gotten better about it over the years.  And ever since I had Sweet Pea, I really try not to yell if I can help it.  

5. Have you ever dumpster dived?

Haha!  This is a funny and embarrassing question.  I'm one of those people that does not like hand-me-downs or used stuff, usually.  I hate the thrift store.  It disgusts me.  But I will make exceptions sometimes...  So... yes, I have.  There was a coffee table sitting next to the dumpster at the apartments I used to live at and I really wanted/needed a coffee table, but didn't want to spend the money on one....so I checked it out.... it looked ok, so I took it.  And yes, I cleaned it.  

Apparently it's hereditary because Sweet Pea likes to get stuff out of the trash in the kitchen.  Haha!  It's so funny when she gets caught.  I should try to get a video of that....

1. Who would you want to play you in a movie of your life?

Probably Sandra Bullock because she can play different types of rolls very well.  She is just an all around great actress.  Or maybe Ashley Judd.  I love her acting also! 

2. Did you ever go to summer camp?

I went to church camp at Shocco Springs two summers when I was in junior high.  I loved it.  It is just great atmosphere and seeing God through so many other people was awesome.  I wish it meant more to me back then, like it does now.  And I really hope that my children want to go to church camp years from now, and I will definately sign up to be a chaperone!  I already can’t wait!!!

3. What sends you running and screaming in the other direction?

Roaches.  The big tree roaches.  And bumble bees.  I freeze up for just a second and then when I’m in the clear, I run as fast as I can!!!!!  And wasps.  Same as the other statement….freeze then haul butt!!!!!  Oh, and if I ever do (pray I never do) come in contact with a snake, I will probably pass out if I don’t run for my life!!!

4. What is something you do that drives your spouse nuts?

Haha…  I could go on and on with this one.  He is a lot little OCD about neatness and having things in their place.  So… when I leave stuff just laying around, it drives him crazy.  He told me the other day to please not lay my stuff (purse, bags, diaper bag, etc…) on the back of the couch when I walk in the front door.  And I never put my stuff (hairdryer, straightener, make-up bag, hair spray, etc…) back up in the bathroom.  That drives him insane!!!  Haha!  But he rarely complains about it.  He just goes and cleans it up for me.  That’s one of the reasons I love him so much.  :-)

5. What is currently your favorite song?

Anything Lady Gaga.  I know…she’s a freak.  But I love her music.  It has a catchy tune and I always have to sing her songs.  That also drives Mr. Right bonkers.  Haha!!  Even if I just heard Bad Romance on one station and I change it to another and it’s playing there, I listen to it all over again back to back.  He loves that….  HA!!!  But yeah…  I am loving some Telephone and Bad Romance right now.  :-)  (Lady Antebellum- American Honey and I Need You Now are some of my favs right now too.)

1. Do you sing out loud in the car when you're driving?
Heck yeah!!!  I love to sing!  I took voice lessons for years when I was younger, but you wouldn’t know it now if you heard me…  I actually told my hubby the other day that I wanted to start singing again.  Will it happen…??  Who knows…  But I love to sing!!!! 

2. What would you never be caught doing?
Ok…first of all…  I have used the word never so much in the past and I have eaten my words a lot!!  And it seems that if I say never about something, I end up doing it.  But if I have to answer it… I guess I would never be caught wearing a bikini again.  And hopefully, now that I have said that, I will wear one again!!!  Haha!  Really though, the main reason I say I will never wear one again is because of all the stretch marks on my stomach from pregnancy.  BUT…if there was any way possible to get that plastic surgery that I talked about here, and get rid of all the stretch marks….then I might eat my words!

3. Will you go #2 in a public restroom?
Really?!  Who thought of this question?!  Haha.  Umm… ok…  I will if I absolutely have to.  But if at all possible, I try to avoid it!  I don’t even like to go #1 in public!!!!

4. Have you ever broken a bone?
Yep.  I’ve broken both of my wrists (at different times), broke my neck and my back at the same time as one of the wrists, and I’ve broken my toe.  I think that’s all….

5. Do you prefer cooking or baking?
Definately baking!  I like cooking also, but I always seem to have too many things going on at once when I’m cooking and I tend to over cook or burn things…  But with baking, you just have that one thing to concentrate on.  I love to bake!

Five Question Friday!

I always look forward to 5QF!  I’m not sure exactly why…maybe because it gives me something to blog about..??  Haha…  I feel like I’ve been slacking a little lately…  Oh well… 

1. Have you ever had a celeb sighting?

Not that I recall…..  I’ve tried really hard to remember if I have, but I just can’t remember any. 

2. What temperature do you keep your house?

Umm…it’s normally warmer than I like it to be, but it’s mainly because I am afraid that Sweet Pea is going to be cold.  And Mr. Right is always freezing, so….  I just walk around naked so I don’t die of a heat stroke!  Ha!  Just kidding!  Seriously though, we don’t have central heat and air.  We have window units for cold air and a gas wall heater for heat.  We haven’t been using the gas heater much this winter because, obviously, it’s not safe for Sweet Pea.  So, Maw Maw and Paw Paw gave us an Eden Pure heater for our Christmas present.  It’s really nice!  It keeps us warm and it is relatively safe for Sweet Pea.  We still don’t let her mess with it.  It’s on the other side of the baby gate.  :-)  So…to answer the question, I have no idea what the temp is because we don’t have a thermostat…  But it is always warm!  (Kind of ready for spring and summer so I can turn the air on!  Haha!)

3. Do you notice dust at other peoples homes?

I don’t recall looking for dust at other people’s houses….  I really hope that no one looks for it at my house because you will find a lot!  Haha…

4. What's the worst job you ever had?

Probably being a server…  or just working in the food industry-period!  I have worked with food on and off ever since I was 16 and it is definately not what I want to keep doing (when I finally do go back to work…unless it involves cake decorating or something like that…)

5. What is your most sentimental possession?

I guess my pictures and videos…  I’m sure I have some other stuff of sentimental value, but I just can’t think of anything specific…

1. How much time do you spend on the computer a day?

It depends... I try not to spend a lot of time on it when Sweet Pea is up.....  She likes to "help" me type...  Haha.  But in all honesty... I spend more time on the computer than I should.  Ok, now I'm embarrassed.  Haha!  So now I'm going to work on not being on it as much.   

2. Will you pay for your children's college or raise them to pay for their own way?

I would like to be able to pay their tuition in full (if they don't have scholarships) so they don't have the burden of student loans when they get out. But I highly doubt we will be able to do that. We do plan on helping in any way possible though.  But whether we pay for it or not, I want our children to understand the importance of working hard and earning what you have.  Did I word that correctly???  

3. Have you ever been in a car accident?

Yes, several... Mostly fender benders. But the most scared I've ever been was when Sweet Pea and I were in a wreck last July. She wasn't even 3 months old yet.  We crashed with another vehicle and as soon as it happened, I looked in my mirror to check on her in the baby mirror, but I didn't see her.  She started screaming and crying and I freaked out.  I thought she was thrown or something.  I jumped out (with only one shoe on because apparently one of my flip flops got knocked off when we hit) and ran back to check on her.  She was fine and had not moved an inch, thank God!  The baby mirror shifted when we crashed and that's why I didn't see her.  She was sleeping when we crashed and it obviously scared her...so I would have been screaming and crying too!  I put her paci in her mouth and she stopped crying.  I called 911...wreck report...hospital... we both got checked out...she was fine, not even a bruise on her!  I, on the other hand, was really bruised up and sore for several days.  But no injuries on our part.  I'm not even going to go into anything about the other car.....  Let's just say...I'm still dealing with this whole wreck thing to. this. day.  And I'm praying it will all be over with soon!!!!  Pray for me, will you?!  Please and thank you!!

4. What is your favorite book?

I don't really have a favorite.  I haven't read a book in a while.  But I will say that the best book out there is the Bible.  I should read it more than I do.  

5. Do you make your bed everyday?

Absolutely not...  Haha.  I wish I did!!  I know you're wondering......why don't I?  There is nothing to it....it only takes a few minutes....?  Well...  I don't see a point in it.  Sweet Pea has been sleeping with me a lot lately.  And during the day, I normally have to lay her down in bed to get her to take a nap.  So....that's at least twice a day that it would get messed up.  So.....there you go.

1. What's your guilty pleasure?

I think I have too many to post!  Haha!  But I'll give you a few...  Umm...  Chocolate!!!  I'm a chocoholic!  Sweets....kind of goes with the chocolate, but it's really a category of it's own!  Haha.  Reality TV.  I love to watch reality tv, even if the people on the show get on my nerves.  I know...weird...  The internet.  I can't live without it!  (Actually I know I could live without it, because I have....but I don't want to have to do without it....especially now that I am into blogging...)  And I guess those are all I'll admit to...  ;-)

2. What is your favorite TV series?

I can't list just one...  But Grey's Anatomy is my all time favorite!  I could watch reruns of it all day long.  Runner up is Desperate Housewives.  Then Private Practice and Brothers and Sisters...  

3. Can you speak any foreign languages?

Nope.....nada...  Wait...isn't that spanish for "no"???  Ok, maybe a little...  Haha.  Does watching Dora the Explorer and Ni Hou Kia Lan count???  Maybe Sweet Pea and I will both be tri-lingual soon.....  Ha!  Seriously though....no, I don't speak any other language.  I took a year and a half of spanish in high school, but none of it stuck in my head......  

4. How many pairs of shoes do you own?

Too many to count...(but I don't wear half of them because they are old and not in style anymore...)  I owned a lot more when we moved in this house.  But I cleaned them out and took a ton of them to Good Will because Mr. Right and I share a very very small closet...  Let's just say....I don't have enough shoes.  A girl can never have enough shoes!!!  

5. What's your favorite kind of M&M's...peanut, almond, straight up regular, etc.?

Peanut M&Ms!!!  I'll eat the regular ones, but I prefer peanut.  I don't care for any of the others...

Questions are.....:

1. Do you sing karaoke? If so, what is your go to song?

Funny that you ask this... We just went to a surprise birthday party this past weekend and they had karaoke. The whole way over there I said I was NOT singing!! Never say never! Ha! I ended up singing Goodbye Earl by Dixie Chicks with my SIL (sister-in-law) and CIL (cousin-in-law). It was really fun and funny! Then I got up the nerve to sing by myself...Stand By Your Man by Tammy Wynette. My sweet husband came and "saved me". Haha! I butchered that song!!! It was awful!! If I had actually known more than just the chorus of it, it might not have been so bad. I just didn't know "how" the song went....ya know?? Anyway. I'll stick to something I know next time. But to answer the question... I don't really have a go-to song because I don't sing karaoke very often. But I would probably pick a newer female country song. Something I know......haha.. ;-)

2. What is your favorite coffee drink?

I love Caramel Macchiotto from Starbucks! But if I want something cold, I'll get a Caramel Frappuccino. Obviously, I love caramel.

3. If you could choose your own name, what would it be?

Umm... I don't have my name posted on here because I use nicknames because of privacy purposes. But I'll go ahead and just say it. My name is Cherish...hence the "cherishing every second..." blog name. I wanted to use it in my blog name, but so that people didn't know it was MY name... But oh well. It's out there now!! Anywho... I really like my name...now. I didn't like it growing up because I thought it was weird and no one else I knew had the same name as me. But I love it now. I wouldn't change it.

4. Were you ever bullied?

I don't remember ever being bullied... I was the bullier (I know that's not a word...it just sounded funny! Ha!)... Definately nothing I'm proud of, but that's just the way I was... And no, I didn't give people wedgies or knock their books out of their hands or push them down in the hallway...not that kind of bullying. I made fun of people and I was just mean in general. I just hope my children don't take after me in that area!!!!

5. How often do you eat fast food?

Not very often at all! We used to eat out all the time before we moved to the sticks...but nothing is at our fingertips now... We try to avoid eating out as much as possible. But if we do, it's normally when we have to go to Tuscaloosa or Birmingham and we aren't going to be home during meal time...

Time for Mama M's Five Question Friday!

1. Have you ever hit an animal with your vehicle?

Yes. I'm pretty sure I have done it more than once. Not on purpose though!!! I remember one time I was on my way home one night and this herd of dogs (about 4 or 5) always ran up and down this same street. Well, one night they all decided to run out in front of me and I ended up running over the biggest dog out of the bunch. I freaked out!!!! I literally ran over him. Like...I felt him hit the bottom of the car and everything. But the crazy thing is, when I looked in my rear view mirror, he got up and ran off like it never happened!!! WEIRD!!! When I got home, I was crying and freaking out.

2. When you see a string on your clothes do you pull it off or cut if off?

It depends... If it is something that is expensive or fairly new, I'll cut it. And it also depends on how close I am to the scissors and if I can even find them! Ha!

3. Did you have your own room or share a room when you were young?

Yes I was very lucky to have my own room. Although, I didn't sleep in it much. I always slept with my sister or my mom. I was a big chicken. I'm still to this day afraid of the dark...

4. Would you rather wear the same thing for the rest of your life or eat the same thing for the rest of your life?

Wear. I don't shop for clothes much as it is, so I could probably wear the same thing every day forever if I had to. I like to many different foods to have to eat the same one forever.

5. What was your favorite TV show as a child?

Oh gosh..... I don't even remember.... I can't remember TV shows, but I can remember movies I liked to watch. I loved Disney movies like The Little Mermaid, Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty...etc... I loved Mary Poppins, and still do!! OH!!! I do remember one of my favorite TV shows! I loved Dumbo Circus!!!!! I need to find some DVD's for Sweet Pea....

Ok, it's time for Five Question Friday....Valentine's style!!! :-)

1. What is the one thing your love does for you that you can't live without?

So many......umm... He loves me unconditionally. He knows all my secrets (I think I've told him all of them!) and he still loves me. He is just so forgiving and I am so thankful for it! Of course, he also does the laundry 95% of the time and that is a big plus!!! And the trash...he takes the trash out! :-)

2. When did you know your love was "the one"?

We had a rough start....not going to go into any of the details. But there was just something about him that made me want to keep trying. This is just one of those things you can't really explain in words. It's just something you feel...and it kinda just happens.... It didn't take long for me to figure out that he was really the one I was suppose to be with all along. I just had to kiss marry a few frogs before I found my prince charming... Haha!

3. Does your love have a special ringtone on your cell?

No, everyone has the same ringtone.... I know... I'm boring!

4. What are you attracted to most in your special someone?

I was instantly attracted to him physically., but when I found out he was a man of God, I knew he was the whole package! :-)

5. Did you know when/where he/she was going to pop the big question?

Yeah, I pretty much knew... He didn't do it at the exact moment and place I thought he would, but I pretty much knew the day he was going to. I'm so strange.... I want to be surprised about things, but if I know something is going to happen, I'll bug the crap out of that person until they tell me what it is I want to know... Maybe one day he will do something for me and REALLY catch me off guard. Honey, are you reading this??? Hint hint!!!! ;-)

This is not 5QF related...but, I did get some pictures of Sweet Pea in the snow today, and I will post them soon... We have a hot date tomorrow night (part of it is a double date), and I CANNOT WAIT!!!

Mama M does Five Question Friday, and I thought I would join in this week...and maybe from now on...  We'll see...  

Here's what you do:  She posts 5 questions...kinda like getting to know you questions... and then I answer them on my blog...  Fun, right?!  It gives you all a chance to get to know me better.  Here goes...

ANSWERS:

1. What are you most afraid of?

Death probably...  Not mine in particular, I mean that scares me too but, I just fear losing loved ones.  I don't deal with change very well and the thought of losing someone close to me and then having to adjust to every day living without them on top of that....it's just a little scary.  But I just hope and pray nothing like that happens!!!  Wow.....that was a little morbid...  

Now, on a lighter note....  I am soooo scared of snakes!!!!  I have dreams about them attacking me sometimes.  *shivers*  And I'm really afraid of heights!  If you read my old blog, you will know that I had a huge panic attack when Mr. Right and I went to the top of the Vulcan on our anniversary last year.  He was scared he wasn't going to get me down from there because I just wouldn't even move when we got to the top.  I was seriously freaking out!  It's funny thinking about it now though...  Haha.

2. Do you use a flat iron or curling iron?

I don't use either really...  My hair is pretty straight on it's own, but if I want it really really straight, I'll use a flat iron.  

3. Hands-free or phone to the ear?

If I'm not in public, I use my speaker phone.  I have a gel case thingy on my iPhone and it pulls my hair when I have it to my ear, so I never put it to my ear unless I'm in public.  

4. Do you have a matching bedroom set?

Umm..NO!  I don't have matching furniture in any room of my house!  Haha!  I really look forward to the day when we can buy matching furniture, but it's just not on the top of our priority list right now.  Maybe one day...  

5. Do you believe in the paranormal?

I'm just gonna skip this question this week because sometimes I'm not even sure I know what I believe when it comes to this stuff....  So I would probably just confuse everybody.
