I took her to get groomed and she looks totally different now, but soooooo much better!!!! Isn’t she cute?!
Sweet Pea is fascinated with the dog cage… She is always climbing in there and I keep telling her over and over and OVER again to stay out of it!!!!! Gah!!!!!!!
*Fyi… She is not locked in there. She pulled the door closed, but it isn’t locked. And also, she got in their on her own. Just a curious kid being a kid…*
Sweet Pea loves to give us kisses and she tries to give the dog kisses… but that is a BIG NO NO!!!!! I’m sorry, but dogs lick their butts and everything else…. Eww.. yuck… blegh…! Anyway, I yelled before Precious was able to lick her mouth. Thank goodness!!!! But it is a cute picture.
So, that’s our new addition to the family!
This year for Halloween, we went to the Trunk or Treat for Maw Maw and Paw Paw’s church.
We didn’t buy a costume for Sweet Pea this year because…. well…. I hate the cheap ugly costumes…. Sorry… but I do. So, I just figured we would make her a cute outfit. My MIL made her this little outfit and I think she was just adorable.
Here she is trick or treating at Mary and Henry’s (Maw Maw’s brother). We stopped by there before we went to the trunk or treat. They live next door to us.
She was so cute reaching in for the candy. She kept turning around and going back for more. Haha! And Mary kept giving her more and more!!
Everyone had their trunks decorated for Halloween. It was really cute!
She was scared of some of the costumes. Matt was dressed up as Bert from Sesame Street and his mom was Daffy Duck. She wouldn’t get close to them. She kept pulling back when I would try to walk her up to them. Bless her heart!
Mr. Right’s uncle and aunt were running the concession stand. They were Mr. and Mrs. Poppin’ Fresh. Ha!
This trunk was creative. They had it all decked out with camo and a deer head and a sign that said something along the lines of “hunting for a church? Come see us at ____ Baptist Church!” I thought it was cute.
That’s about as close as she would get to the deer.
She started to warm up to Bert and Daffy as we were getting ready to leave. Maybe next year she will not be as scared of the life size cartoon people. Haha!
I tried to get a picture of Sweet Pea and her daddy, but she was too worried about a glow ring someone gave her.
And then she smacked her daddy in the face with the glow necklace! Ha!
I’m not sure what she’s looking at here…. but oh well. That’s as good as it gets this year. :-)

Do you have a cleaning lady?
I have one! She’s about 3 feet tall… and she just loooooooves to dust!!!
It’s my least favorite thing to do, so it’s a good thing I “hired” her… haha!
She makes sure the walls are nice and shiny…
…the dvds are nice and clean….
… can’t sit in a dirty rocker…. (I keep meaning to paint that thing… gah…)
“Oh boy… all this dusting is making me thirsty… I don’t think the boss lady will mind if I take a break…”

We decided to go to the pumpkin patch in Clanton this year. We might go to a different one every year… who knows… Anywho…
Not much to this day… We went to the pumpkin patch… we got a pumpkin… we came home…

Y’all know Sweet Pea and I like to take pictures in the car. Actually… sometimes it’s the only way I can get her to stay still and get some smiling faces. She is so busy!!!
We stopped at Cracker Barrel to have lunch before we hit the patch. Sweet Pea turned down the pancakes….?!?!?! Is she crazy?!

Sweet Pea didn’t like the way the hay felt. But she sure looked cute!
We checked out some of the animals in the petting farm.
This little goat was her favorite I think… She kept going back over to it. I told Mr. Right that we were going to have to buy her a goat now. Haha!

The farmer man that drove all of us down to the patch offered to take a picture of us.
She didn’t care to have her picture taken… She wouldn’t look at the camera….
All she wanted to do was run around… So that’s what I let her do… :-)
We stopped at Chili’s on the way home to have supper. We had to get the salsa and chips because…. well…. it’s the best ever!!! Sweet Pea was even digging in it! Ha!
And that was pretty much it!
No, I don't call him Mr. Right, but he IS my Mr. Right and he knows it! He is also my wonderful husband, an outstanding father, a brave officer, a great provider, and the love of my life! He loves me for me and I couldn't ask for a more forgiving, loving, caring, and devoted person to spend the rest of my life with!
And yes, I do call her Sweet Pea on a daily basis. I have called her that since the day she was born. Now that I think about it, I think that was the first thing I called her! Hmmm... Anyway, she is our first and only child (so far)! She was brought into this world on April 14, 2009. She is our pride and joy and our little bundle of love! She sometimes reminds me of myself which is a little scary at times! We thank God every day for blessing us with such a beautiful and healthy baby!
