Ok, these first two aren’t outside, but oh well.
I bought a little crochet scull cap thingy from Hobby Lobby a few months ago. I tried it on Sweet Pea last week to see if it fit…. and it’s just a tad bit too small. She wasn’t happy with it on her head anyway!
This next picture is hilarious to me. We were about to leave to go to town and I put her new outfit on her that my MIL made for her. I thought it was too cute so I wanted to snap a picture. I told her to smile for me and this was the look I got…. She is not very fond of the camera at times….. She takes after her daddy on that one!
And now for the outside fun!
You will have to excuse my dorky husband. Haha! Don’t you just love his black socks.
We went outside to let Sweet Pea run around one day last week. The weather has been so nice around 4ish and Sweet Pea LOVES to be outside. I sometimes wonder if she’s really my child…. Haha!
Anywho… Her daddy was chasing her and she was just a giggling! I love to hear her laugh!
On my last off week, we went to the park one afternoon. We thought we would give it a try…
…let’s just say that… we might as well have stayed at home. Sweet Pea didn’t really care for the slides. She kept turning over as she was going down. She wasn’t thrilled at all.
She also didn’t care to play with any of the other kids either…. I think we really need to get her in day care or something… Mother’s Day Out… SOMETHING to get this child more active with other children.
A lot of the play equipment was too big for her, in my opinion. We had to stay right on her because she would walk right to the edge of something and I was afraid she was going to fall off and hurt herself. I guess she is not quite big enough for those kind of play grounds??
She did enjoy the swing though! I wish we had one at home. That might be something Santa will bring…
She didn’t care to swing with me though. She kept trying to get down. But I made her stay long enough for a quick picture. You know… I’m never in any of them!
After we left the play ground, we decided to walk around the track.
She wanted to be little Miss Independent and walk by herself. She doesn’t like to hold hands if she can help it.
We stopped to look at the ducks in the pond. She would have jumped in with them if we had let her. Ha!
This one duck in the middle had some funky hair. It was shaped all weird…
This is the best picture I could get of all of us. At least we are all looking at the camera. :-/
We are all smiling in this one… but Sweet Pea is looking down. Haha!
